One Talks About
Created by author Kelly Spear, this site exists to help people survive the unimaginable. Through raw stories, support resources, and grief journals, I Still Miss You is here to remind you—you are not alone.
“A powerful, raw and unfiltered look at loss, survival, and what it means to still be here.”
Why This Site Exists
I created this site because grief can be the loneliest, most disorienting experience in the world—and no one should have to go through it without support.
When I lost the love of my life, everything changed. The pain wasn’t just emotional—it was physical, all-consuming, and impossible to explain to people who hadn’t lived it. I searched everywhere for something—anything—that could help me understand what was happening to me. I needed more than sympathy. I needed science, validation, and someone who had been through it and survived.
That’s why I wrote I Still Miss You—a book that blends my own raw, personal experience with real research on how grief affects the brain, body, and soul. But along the way this project became more than just a book.
This site is here to offer real help for real grief:
A place where you can sign up to get early access as an ARC reader. A space for future free grief resources, journaling tools, and support materials. A way to connect with something that actually gets what you’re going through.
Whether you’re here for the book, the resources, or just because you’re trying to survive another day—please know:
You are not alone. You are not broken. And you are not expected to “move on.”
You are here. You are surviving. And that means something.
Welcome to I Still Miss You. I’m glad you found your way here.
